Question: When does the Fall Season begin ?

Answer: Practices may begin as early as the first week of August. The decision of when to start practice is made by your child’s assigned coach. Please keep in mind that August is a time when people take vacations and some teams may begin earlier than others due to this. The season continues until the end of October.

Question: How will I know who my child’s coach is and when practices begin?

Answer: Team rosters will be handed out to the coaches around the first week of August. Coaches will contact their players and inform them of practice times and locations. As mentioned above, August is a prime time for vacations and some coaches will start practices a little later than others for this reason. Please allow time for the coach to contact you. We receive many calls this time of year with parents questioning who their child’s coach is - this creates a great deal of work for our volunteer staff. If you have not heard from your coach by 8/15, please call or email our Clubs' Registrar. PLEASE DO NOT CALL REGARDING TEAM PLACEMENT PRIOR TO THAT DATE.

Question: When are games played?

Answer:  Games start the first part of September.Teams will start their season playing one game during the week and one game on Saturday. Later in the season most teams will only have one game per week. All teams will play between 8 and 10 games total.

Question: How long are the games?

Answer: Games take approximately 1 hour to 2 hrs depending on age division. Have your child there early to warm up. Most Coaches will request to have their players arrive 15 to 45 minutes prior to the game time to ensure proper warm up and practice prior to kickoff.

Question: Where are games and practices held?

Answer: Practices for all age groups are held at various fields in the East Wenatchee Area. Players in the U-6 to U-7 age groups will play at the local fields. In the U-8 thru U-15 age groups they will have some “away” games which are played in Wenatchee, Cashmere, Leavenworth, Chelan, and Manson areas. For field locations and driving directions, select the fields button on the menu. No practices are allowed at any players or coaches house, under any circumstances, for insurance reasons.
